Individual Company Consultations

Residential Strategies conducts a one-on-one consulting session with each of its clients every quarter. The agenda for this one-hour confidential meeting is at the discretion of the clients.

Topics typically covered in the sessions include:

  • Confidential review of client’s projects (potential or existing) or business plan
  • Discussion of new or emerging housing markets
  • Identification of market opportunities, potential new developments
  • Feedback on industry and market events
  • Opinion given on potential and appropriate lot/housing values

Quarterly Executive Briefings

Residential Strategies, Inc.’s quarterly presentation on the new home industry provides insight into current market trends, information on market drivers and a detailed synopsis of each area submarket. The 2-hour presentation couples statistical RSI market census information with firsthand observations and home buyer surveys in a seminar setting. The briefing is punctuated with aerial photography, market forecasts and new school and road construction information. The client may attend the quarterly briefing in a group, networking format held at the event setting or individually at the client’s office.

Online Database

As a subscription client, access is provide to the RSI’s online database.  The database contains statistical information on new home starts, closings, new home and lot inventories derived from RSI’s proprietary market census. The data is collected quarterly at the lot level by RSI’s field agents and is summarized by section, subdivision and market geographies. Home pricing information is presented at the section level. Start, closing and home inventory information is also identified by builder. Subdivision attributes such as lot size, school district, lot amenity, masterplan and developer are also included.

The reporting functions of the database allow the user to generate a variety of summary and detail reports. A competitive submarket module allows the user to create customized reports by geography, lot size, price and activity levels. Clients of Residential Strategies, Inc. find this system simple to use, but offering sophistication and flexibility when needed.
